The Ialtuxhe Empire, or Tuxhexh (P-Vd eggenzbbe iāltuxhe, tuxheūzixh>tuxhexh of us) was a Rumzquze sphere of influence located on the southeastern and eastern coasts of Ibabaw, also extending inland into the territory of the grassland tribes.

Initial Conquests[]
By -250, the city of Ialtuxhe had grown to a population of over 70,000, and had a significant amount economic influence in its surrounding vicinity. Beginning in -200, Ialtuxhe naval forays northward along the eastern coastline revealed the presence of the Chäng people. Trade was set up with Chäng, and their rich lands were quickly settled by thousands of Ialtuxhe immigrants. The Chäng, not wanting to change their complacent lifestyle, warmly accepted the Ialtuxhe settlers, who promptly proceeded to amass large amounts of agriculturally rich land.
By -150, the greater part of Chäng lands had been more or less settled by Ialtuxhe, and the area became the first conquest of Ialtuxhe. Finding themselves displaced and destitute, many Chäng retreated into small ethnic enclaves within their former area or migrated to Ialtuxhe. At this time, the Ialtuxhe began to view these new lands, and eventually the rest of the world, as belonging intrinsically to them, and began to refer to the collective area as Tuxheūzixh (ours), later shortened to Tuxhexh.
Empire of Tuxhexh[]
With the establishment of a feeder region from the Chäng, the people of Tuxhexh focused their attention westward toward Though the Chäng conquest was mostly bloodless, historical feuds between the original Ialtuxhe clan and other Rumzquze people still resonated. Recognizing a need for some kind of military force for any hope of success, Tuxhexh began to develop an army around -125. In -116, Lidiotu and Ilangkuå became the first generals.
Military[]
The Tuxhexh military consisted of two parts, army (land), and navy (water). Boats that were previously used only for fishing operation along the coastline were adapted for use on smaller waterways.
Land Organization[]
The army is formed under the notion of eight, the base of Proto-Vdangku counting.
- Dieru - line - a horizontal line of eight soldiers.
- Gidieru - two-line - two horizontal lines of eight soldiers, total 16.
- Gha - network/square - 8x8 square.
- Iongpo - wave - line of 8 Gha.
- Xhōrduān - shielder - 8x8 Gha
- Ergůn - time - anything above Xhōrduān.
The corresponding commander ranks are derived by affixing -pua, from mūbbuān(soldier).

Naval ranks are determined by the number of ships in a group. The rank names are the same as army ranks, though they are shifted to account for their smaller number.

- Gidieru - two-line - two horizontal lines of eight ships, total 16.
- Ergůn - time - anything above Gidieru.
